Where are going to collect the money??

Dear Friends, 
Baidar has just raised another important question about where we are going to collect the money. 
We are going to collect the money in an Islamic Bank in Pakistan. 
I have already started working on a website which is going to serve as the focal point of our struggle. 
All members are going to have a username and password for the website, and when they log into their account they are going to be able to see all the recent transactions, and the actual instantaneous balance!

Only 99 Entry??

Dear Friends 
it is of course one of the most important questions! (I thank Amar Haidar for it!) 
We are only going to sponsor potential cadets from contribution from our entry. 
This is going to serve many purposes! 
- It is going to help us stay united 
- For the time being since we are not so well settled (all of us!) it is going to be easier for administration 
- Last and the most important reason, we hope to create a healthy competition between entries (you are a Petarian, you know how it is!) people from other entries are also going to start such programs, and if they want they can join us, and use our platform. 

And if others would join in, they would want name stake, since we are going to do it only in the name of 99 Entry. There are going to be NO individual names in the scholarship program, and we are not going to issue any lists say who spent how much, to promote people contributing less money, 
Only we are going to know who spent how much! no one else!

The Beginning of the Start

Hello dear Entry mates!
This blog is going to serve as our anchor point as long as we don't have our own website.
I will try to start working on the website as soon as possible, but till then here we are...

We need suggestions and motivation, we need people comming up with new ideas.
I am going to send out the forms to all our members (and to the entry mates whose address I have) as soon as we are a sizeable group. I hope you are going to fill the forms out as soon as possible.

I do not have all our entry mates in Armed forces, so I will have to ask one from each armed forces to oversee that all the people are informed.

For now I am going to restate the points.

Criteria for the Scholarship

• Our Fund sponsors needy potential-cadets
• A potential cadet qualifies for the Fund as soon as he has cleared the entry test, medical test and the interview
• After the admission, needy potential-cadets can apply for financial assistance
• All eligible applicants are called for an interview, and scholarships will be alloted to the potential-cadet on need base and availablity of the funds ONLY
• After the admission, applicant will have to send a complete performance report to the Fund, which will be sent to each active member, twice a year for the entire period of studies
  

Criteria for Membership

• All 99 Entry mates are eligible for the Membership
• Every Member must pay at least 10,000 Paki Rupees per year
• Membership lasts for 5 Years at least (Entire period of stay of a Cadet)
• Members can pledge for more money for coming years, as per financial condition
• All members will have read access to the Fund's Bank Account, which means, any member would be able to check the bank statement of the account at anytime
• Only member will know the status of the benefactors contribution
• The contribution statistics are going to be kept confidential from all outside parties (including Cadet College Petaro, Bank and Cadet) at all times

I think this should be fine, but any suggestions are more than welcom!
please, feel obliged to come forward with suggestions and advice!
